Yoga Warrior Challenge

Are you up for the challenge?
Challenge your mind, body and spirit in a whole new way with holistic yoga. You will feel amazing after completing this 1.5 hour class filled with stretching, relaxation techniques, balance and core strengthening exercises.
In conclusion of the class, the challenge will include holding various yoga poses for the longest possible time. As each person drops out of the pose, the last person maintaining the pose will win an additional award.
First 60 to register and complete the challenge receive an event shirt.
