Naval Base San Diego Fitness BINGO Challenge!
This challenge aims to inspire healthy habits, freshen up your fitness routine, encourage you to try new things, stay consistent, get out in the community and be a supportive, healthy influence on others.
Achieve the word "BINGO" by completing each letter's corresponding task once during the month of September and recieve a free bag of workout bands!
B: Perform 200 total pushups and 100 sit ups in a day.
I: Do not consume any sugars besides those found in fruits and drink 7 glasses of water for the entire day.
N: Perform the Workout of the Day at any NBSD Gym. All workouts must be verified by a NBSD fitness Employee, details below.
G: Do not add salt to any of your foods for the entire day.
O: Go for a 30 minute walk or 15 minute run.
