Memorial Day Ruck Out
Honoring our Fallen Heroes this Memorial Day
Wednesday, May 26, starting at 7 am
Participants are encouraged to wear their own "rucksack" or weighted vest (15-40 lbs.) during the run. Exercises include pull-ups, push-ups, and squats which can be performed with or without a "rucksack" or weighted vest and can be modified for any fitness level. Free t-shirt limited to the first 60 people upon completion of the event.
Registration times: 7 am, 8 am, 11 am, or 12 pm. 10 participants permitted per registration time
