Grow! Raising Youth to be Healthy Adults

Help your child grow into a healthy, confident, and capable adult. Grow! a parenting curriculum offered through the Thrive Initiative, provides parents and caregivers of children ages 5-10 with evidence-informed strategies to support positive child development and strengthen the parent-child relationship. Participants will explore age-appropriate development, positive parenting practices, effective praise and limit-setting, the 7 Cs, and ways to build connection through child-directed play and recreation.
