Buddy Care

This workshop introduces the principles of Buddy Care, a vital peer-to-peer support framework included in the Navy's Warrior Toughness and Operational Stress Control (OSC) initiatives. Participants will learn how to observe, identify, and effectively respond when peers and colleagues exhibit signs of stress. The training empowers service members to become proactive agents of support, fostering a command climate that normalizes seeking help and strengthens overall unit readiness.
