Is there a cost to attend the event?
A: The event is FREE to attend! Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
Where is this event located?
A: NBSD Admiral Prout Field, Dry Side, 2375 Recreation Way, San Diego, CA
Which gates will be open?
A: Gate 32 (Corner of Yama and Main) and Gate 42 (off of 32nd St) will be both open to inbound and outbound traffic
Who is allowed to come to the event?
A: The event is open to ALL military ID cardholders and their guests.
Where do we park for this event?
A: The best place to park is on McCandless Ave. There are lots of street parking and parking lots available. Many military office buildings are closed on the weekends so you can also park there. This event is very busy, so you may need to walk a little. There will be road closures where the event is taking place.
What if it rains?
A: Rain or shine, we will be out there so please join us no matter the weather.
What time are the Egg Hunts?
A: 9:30 am and 11:30 am
Are there different age groups for the egg hunts?
A: Yes. We have 3 different egg hunts by age groups, ages 2-4, ages 5-7, ages 8+
Will there be a San Diego Zoo Encounters?
A: No, however, there will be a petting zoo.
