Grow! Readiness Through Routines & Rules: Create a home environment where children know what to expect and have opportunities to build responsibility and independence. This workshop, from the GROW@ parenting curriculum offered through the Thrive Initiative, provides parents and caregivers with evidence-informed strategies for establishing developmentally appropriate expectations, routines, and boundaries. Participants will explore healthy communication, consistent expectations, and ways to use everyday structure to encourage responsibility and self-discipline.
