This workshop is to help spouses, significant others, and family members of active duty, reserve, and National Guard service members develop a proactive mindset around mental health and help-seeking behaviors. REACH-Spouse cultivates a mindset by empowering military spouses to overcome perceived barriers to care and to use resources to find mental health help.
