BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: The purpose of these positions are to perform a variety of adequate and timely custodial services. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- General knowledge of cleaning procedures, cleaning equipment, commonly used chemicals including Material Safety Data Sheets and basic safety policies is required
- Skill to use a variety of household and industrial equipment and attachments
- Skill to operate, clean and make adjustments to powered cleaning equipment
- Must process basic math and reading skills
- Physical ability to more furniture, lift and move objects over 50lbs, walk, bend, stoop, and stand on a routine basis
- May require high school diploma and pre-employment physical
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English

Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background Investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.
