BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: The purpose of these positions are to perform a variety of adequate and timely custodial services. Performs other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • General knowledge of cleaning procedures, cleaning equipment, commonly used chemicals including Material Safety Data Sheets and basic safety policies is required
  • Skill to use a variety of household and industrial equipment and attachments
  • Skill to operate, clean and make adjustments to powered cleaning equipment
  • Must process basic math and reading skills
  • Physical ability to more furniture, lift and move objects over 50lbs, walk, bend, stoop, and stand on a routine basis
  • May require high school diploma and pre-employment physical
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English

  • Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background Investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.
