BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This position is located with within Navy Region Southwest Starbucks facilities. Navy MWR Starbucks Barista creates the Navy MWR Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Navy MWR Starbucks guiding principles of providing superior customer service to our patrons. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in English
• Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background Investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.
