Important Information
- Virtual Picnic Reservation is available one week after the in-person picnic reservations opens.
- A $15.00 convenience fee will be applied in addition to picnic area/park reservation fee.
- DoD Civilians have an additional reservation fee. $ 25.00 – picnic areas and cabanas, $50.00 – Cookhouse and gazebos.
- Setting up before picnic hours will incur a fee. Earliest time to setup is 8am.
- Food vendors and concessionaires are not allowed.
- Incidentals fee will be charged on the day of the reservation and will be refunded on the same day as long as there are no violations.
- Entire Park Reservation Request can only be done in-person.
- Command Events must provide a command letter.
- Pets are not permitted at the facility.
- Fees and maximum occupancy of picnic areas are subject to change without prior notice
Picnic Event Hours
- Regular Picnic Hours 9 am - 5 pm
- Weekend Picnic Hours for June through August: 9 am to 6:30 pm
Event Set-Up
- Regular event set-up occurs after 9 am.
- Early event set-up is allowed between 8-9 am and incurs a $15 per half hour fee.
Event End Protocol
- Inspection of rented spaces must be completed one hour before end of picnic hours.
