NASNI VADM Martin Fitness - Multipurpose Field
Participate in a 2-mile Ruck followed by a workout challenge. Participants are encouraged to wear their own “Ruck” or weighted vest during the run. Exercises include push-ups, pull-ups, and squats. *Can be modified for any fitness level.
